7. Demonstration Scheduling

We use Calendly to allow visitors to schedule demonstrations and meetings with Rapid Request. When scheduling a meeting, visitors provide their name, email address, and preferred meeting date and time. Visitors may also provide additional guest information and optional notes to help us prepare for the meeting.

Calendly processes this information to coordinate appointments and send scheduling-related communications. Our Calendly integration connects with Google Calendar and Google Meet. When a meeting is scheduled, relevant booking information is added to our Google Calendar, and a Google Meet link is generated to facilitate the meeting.

Calendly and Google may process personal information and technical data in connection with these services, subject to their respective privacy practices. Calendly's embedded scheduling interface provides visitors with cookie preference controls. Information submitted for demonstration scheduling is not automatically used to subscribe visitors to Rapid Request's marketing newsletter.

8. Blog Comments

Visitors may submit comments on articles published on our blog. When submitting a comment, visitors are required to provide their name and email address. They may also provide a website address and other information included in the comment form.

WordPress may collect technical information, including IP addresses and browser information, to support comment processing, moderation, and spam prevention. All comments require manual approval before publication.

Once approved, comments and their associated display names may become publicly visible. Commenters' email addresses are not ordinarily displayed publicly. Visitors may optionally allow WordPress to save their name, email address, and website information in cookies for convenience when submitting future comments. We reserve the right to decline, remove, or moderate comments in accordance with our Website Terms of Use.
